Dr Abdulla's practice incorporates unfair, misleading, non transparent, and frankly shady billing practices. They implied verbally that I would receive at least partial insurance reimbursement for a TMJ device and treatment plan yet when my insurer paid they kept the money for themselves, receiving duplicate monies for the same services from both myself and the insurer! They have sneaky wording in their contract to purportedly allow them to do this, and think that their duplicate billing and unjust enrichment can be excused as they are out of network. However, what they are doing is receiving a "bonus" from the insurer (on top of the final and agreed upon cost with the patient) which should be offset against the patients bill. They also routinely defer refunds (for more than 30 days) where an insurance company pays them more than the patient pays; instead of refunding per patient request they apply credits to future services without agreement from the patient, which makes it difficult to track. I had to demand my credits were paid to me by check quite firmly in the end to get the money that rightly belonged to me returned. Very shady billing practices, avoid this place at all co

I fear that my dear, gentle friend has fallen victim to a scam here. She was quoted $165.00 for her consultation. However, while seated in the dentist's chair, she was informed by Sheryl or Cherry front office that an additional $47.00 would be charged for an x-ray of a single tooth! A dental consultation should encompass x-rays! A FULL MOUTH XRAY, no less. I sincerely hope they acknowledge this error and rectify the situation for my friend. She has an appointment for a filling coming up, and I'm apprehensive about what that may entail.🤔

Dr Abdulla, Sherry and team are superb at treating sleep apnea. They are absolute experts and wonderful people too! Go to the best!

Sherry at the front desk is nice and helpful. The doctor seemed nice….however strongly do not recommend. Several others have mentioned feeling they were scammed. I felt like I had walked into a used car lot and was being manipulated to make a decision without sufficient information. My mistake was not saying no to the exorbitant $149 consult fee up front which is not used for services if you decide to purchase mouth guard for sleep apnea. My second mistake was not asking how much the pieces are before I went. I had no idea and they immediately were showing me care credit information when I had no idea of the cost. The cost quoted was $4300 w/o care credit and $4700 with care credit AND they were going to submit $6600 to the insurance company! Talk about shady. When I saw the doctor she showed me 3 mouth guards on teeth molds but never let me feel them. She described them very little and then asked me which one I preferred. That’s what I’m there for? For you to tell me which one is best and why. She also told me she’s been doing this since 2008 I believe which is not that long imo. I did give them feedback directly as well and no offer to return my funds. Shop around. Most do not ch

I received treatment that did relieve the pain temporarily at the practice, but then the pain would come back once I left. I was diagosed properly by another Doctor with a TMJ joint issue vs. a muscle and realized their treatment began creating more pain than resolve. I stopped the treatment plan midway, explained what was happening and asked for a refund which was declined. I don't believe it was a fair outcome or ending.
